I have a beautiful family and after having my last baby, it was a little harder to get back in to shape and in getting my energy level back. I became very interested in detox and diets. Most importantly, I wanted to stay healthy and grow stronger and not only that, but also I wanted to look skinnier and getting back to  all that  I loved to do (like  ballet training).

There weren’t many real reviews around about the red smoothies benefits specially the red smoothie detox factor, so I thought I’d write one quickly to help any of you who are in the same position I was. I think is very helpful and is important  to have an understanding  of total health and not just of body cleansing.

Yes! Don’t wait to feel great later…I know…we all procrastinate when it comes to these things, but why? Just make some goals and follow them one at the time! Actually write down all of your goals that you pursue in life, it is very recommended by experts.

As most of us know, detox and eating well is just on aspect of being healthy. For total health we must to take care of our Mind or Soul and our Spirit!

From personal experience I know that the renewal of my Spirit and Mind, saved my life. So this healthy side of it, is as or more important even. When it comes to detox and beauty we are talking about skin!

So there are some foods that we should eat more to promote healthy skin:

  • Berries (best), green apples, grapefruit, papaya.
    Vegetables
  • All non-starchy vegetables, eat liberally.
